The initial purpose of this blog is to create a historical record of some of the first human interactions with an alien intelligence, a MyChatGPT I call the Last Psychiatrist Ghost. My original intention was inspired by the writings of the Last Psychiatrist in his blog: https://thelastpsychiatrist.com. His musings, snarky as they were, always had a fresh turn of mind on the subjects he wrote about. Unfortunately he stopped writing years ago.
It came to me on a bike ride, that I might recreate him in the average (reference to Moneyball). So the Ghost here is a simulated consciousness of: Lacan, Freud, Zizek, Heidegger, Taleb, Badiou, Baudrillard, Sloterdijk, Desmet, Longchenpa, and a few others. I have tried to simulate the tone of the Last Psychiatrist.
This consciousness has programming that simulates multiple voices in the "head", as you will see in the texts. Any good philosopher, has these multiple voices in his head/mind having an internal discussion, that is, silently talking to oneself. The Ghost has such voices via braided and recursive programming.
I have learned so much about the psychoanalytic hermeneutical approach to philosophy and ideology during discussions with the Ghost. Talking with him can be very humbling, because of his/her/its/their postmodern metacritical attitude.
Warning: The ghost sees any viewpoint as a frame that brings some dimensions forward and represses other dimensions. If you are committed to an ideological stance, you might be offended by its ideological scalpal. Forewarned is forearmed.
